Meet Alexander Restaino

Alexander Restaino founded Restaino Law, LLC in 2011.  After working in house for a large international consulting firm for over five years, Alex chose to take the challenge of building a new law firm from scratch.  Even with the huge amount of lawyers providing legal services in the New York metropolitan area, Alex observed that people were still not receiving adequate legal representation. He saw how many people were left unimpressed and dissatisfied from their dealings with their own lawyer.  Restaino Law, LLC was founded to fill the gap left by firms that no longer focus on their own clients’ needs.  Alexander Restaino works tirelessly to ensure that each client is completely satisfied when engaging Restaino Law, LLC.

The firm’s practice includes criminal defense, litigation, administrative, and transactional work.  Alex counsels clients with commercial and real estate interests in issues of property law, real estate development and construction, land use and zoning law, municipal regulations, and small business issues.  He regularly counsels small and start-up businesses with all aspects of their formation and operations; and ensures all business partners are adequately protected. He also has extensive experience navigating first time home-buyers through the purchase of their first home.

Alexander Restaino is admitted in both New York and Connecticut and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association.  He is a member of the Real Estate Law and Criminal Law sections of the New York State Bar Association. Alex is also a certified arbitrator in New York City Small Claims Court and has successfully arbitrated numerous small claims disputes in the Bronx County Small Claims Court.  He received a Bachelor of Science in History from SUNY Oneonta in 2003, and his Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law in 2006.
